District 75 is looking for substitute teachers!

SUBSTITUTES WANTED! DAILY RATE INCREASE
The daily pay rate is $135 per day. To sub for a teacher, you need a Bachelor’s degree in any field, plus a substitute license. To sub for a paraprofessional, you will need an associate’s degree, plus a paraprofessional license. Mark Your Calendars for Bratfest!

District 75’s annual Bratfest is on Friday, September 6 from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm at Carl Sandburg Middle School. Food is available for purchase. Additionally, there will be tons of fun for kids with bouncy houses, face painting, games and prizes! Community organizations will also be there with valuable information. Activity tickets are $1 and can be purchased at the event.

Dangers of Vaping Town Hall October 17

A town hall to examine the effects of vaping is scheduled for October 17th from 7-8:30 pm at Libertyville High School Auditorium. The panel will include five experts on the dangers of vaping including Lake County State's Attorney Nierheim, Mundelein Chief of Police Eric Guenther, Respiratory Health Association Director Matt Maloney, Lake County Public Health Department Tobacco Programs Coordinator Lea Bacci and Adam Hergenrender, a young man recently hospitalized due to vaping.
