Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year! I am very excited to be your child's teacher and am looking forward to teaching your child and also learning from your child. This is the page you can go to in order to find out what we will be studying for each month.

For the month of August, we will be discussing the topic of "All About Me."

I have been in education for many years, both as a paraprofessional and as a teacher. I earned my Bachelor's in Social Science from Ashford University. I then went on for further education for a Master's in Special Education at Quincy University. I also earned my Early Childhood Special Education endorsement at National Louis and an English as a Second Language endorsement from American College of Education. I am married and have 2 grown sons and 2 grown step-sons. I enjoy doing crochet, cooking/ baking and working at Feed My Starving Children doing packing sessions.
